- Support customers in our stores.
- Maintain and stock.
- Educate customers on products.
- Learn and understand all products.
- Complete daily work with diligence and in an organized fashion.

- Be proactive in issue resolution.
- Maintain a positive attitude.
- Promote “Team” concept and attitude.
- Other duties as assigned by management to address and provide effective support of company mission, values and goals.
Required Skills or Experience
- 2 years working experience at least
- qualification- Diploma/HND/Degree
- Age: under 30 years
Requirements
- Good customer service skills. * Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of office equipment.
- Previous experience in an office or call center
