Job Description

A reputable financial institution is good standing in the Ashanti Region has a vacancy for a Human Resource Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective adn efficient recruitment and section procedures to meet staffing needs
  • Conduct training needs assessment and submit reports on training and development programmes
  • Develop and implement cost-effective training interventions for staff
  • Develop and implement performance management system that measures employee performance in a transparent manner
  • Develop and implement a mechanism to link employee performance to recognise, reward and sanction accordingly
  • Establish a system to monitor and communicate employee performance
  • Provide strategic leadership and support to HR team activities to achieve corporate goals
  • Coordinate employee communications relating to policy, programmes, benefits and grievances

Qualification Required & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or any related field
  • Must be a member of a recognised Human Resource Management body
  • Knowledge in Ghanaian labour law and employee relations is an added advantage
  • Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in Human Resource Management role in a Senior Management capacity
  • Must be a certified Human Resource Practitioner
