Job Description

Role Duties and Resposibilites

  • Manage the restaurant adequately and ensure customers satisfaction and profit maximization
  • Total Operational and financial responsibility for an individual restaurant
  • Directly perform hands-on work on an ongoing basis to train employees
  • Respond to customer service needs or otherwise role model appropriate behaviors in the restaurant
  • Provide overall leadership, recognize and motivate members of the team, coach and train the team for operational excellence



  • Minimum Degree or HND in Hospitality, Administration or Management is needed
  • At least 1-2 years working experience
  • Applicants should not be older than 30 years
  • Accommodation will be provided
