The company has opportunities for qualified and interested persons to join its Distribution Division and support in driving sales while achieving on their personal goals.
  • REPORTS TO: Branch Manager of respective branch.
  • REMUNERTION: Per approved remuneration structure. Further details of this as well as other terms of employment will be discussed at the interview

 Role Purpose
To provide excellent and quality sales to clients, including managing existing businesses making sure they enjoy the Enterprise Advantage

Job Summary
  •   Plan and deliver on sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Prospect and sell the products and services of the company
  • Plan, recruit and train Life Planners
  • Set targets and manage Life Planners to achieve personal as well as branch and corporate sales targets
  • Drive quality sales that will persist on our books
  • Prepare and undertake sales presentations to individuals, groups and associations or corporate bodies
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to Branch Manager
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or as required by the business

Required Skills or Experience
  • A minimum of a first degree in any discipline
  • At least 5 years working experience as a Sales Person with the responsibility of managing teams to achieve on business targets
  • Must have a track record of excellent performance and good behaviour
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent knowledge in use of ICT to achieve results
  • Must be able to drive and have a valid driving license
